We rolled in late at night and noticed some issues, like the vending machines not working and a bit of a mess outside. The beds felt a little iffy on cleanliness, but the staff at check-in were super friendly. Nice spot near the mall, just wish the bathroom rugs and shower setup were better.

the room was clean, stylish, and comfortable. the staff, especially Matt, was very helpful, and the shuttle service to Mall of America and MSP Airport was convenient. having a fast-food restaurant in the same parking lot was a plus, and the breakfast buffet was a great inclusion. the location was perfect for airport travel, with nearby restaurants and great value for the price. the beds were comfy, and overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Convenient location near Mall of America, with shuttle service and nearby food options. Friendly and helpful staff, plus a nice free breakfast.
Felt like visiting family, no complaints whatsoever.
